In carrying out a construction participation contract in Tehran and major cities of the country, the owner’s contribution (property value) and the builder’s contribution (permit and construction costs) are calculated and estimated, if the value of the property is the sum of the permit costs. And if the construction of the property is more, usually an amount of about 10% (ten percent) of the current value of the property is paid to the owner (or all owners).
